Marguerite A. Fiore has been practicing law since 1992. Her practice focuses on real estate, estate planning, asset protection planning, business succession planning, guardianships, probate, and condominium law. Ms. Fiore received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting, summa cum laude, from St. John’s University in 1988 and her Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law in 1991.

She worked as an attorney in the Tax Department of a major NYC accounting firm after law school and then went on to work in small law firms, seeking courtroom experience and greater contact with individuals and small businesses. She also taught contracts and commercial transactions as an Associate Professor at St. John’s University, College of Business Administration. She is licensed to practice in New York, and in the U.S. District Court (Southern and Eastern Districts of New York), U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Ms. Fiore is very involved in community service. She served on the Boards of Carmel Richmond and the Staten Island Mental Health Society for fifteen years. She is a member of the Mid-Island Rotary where she held many board positions, including Past President and received the Paul Harris Fellow. When she is not practicing law, Marguerite enjoys golfing, reading and yoga.
